Dr. Katia Garza, D.C.
Hello! I am the associate doctor for Trinity Wellness Center and I’m very excited to be part of this community. I was born in Del Rio, Tx and was raised on both sides of the border which are Acuña, Coahila and Del Rio, TX. I earned my Bachelor degree in Exercise Sports Science from Texas State University. During my undergraduate years, I worked for several Physical Therapy clinics as well as a Chiropractor where I gained most of my knowledge working with college athletes. I then made the decision to move to Dallas to earn my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker University. While at Parker, I found a passion for wanting to learn more about pediatrics and prenatal care so I became a member of ICPA.
Outside the Office
I love watching sports, especially football, Go Cowboys! You can find me watching all the games on Sunday and attending sporting events. I love being outside, especially on warmer days, which consists of me going for jogs, being at the pool, reading a book, or just enjoying any outdoor activity. Family is really important to me, so on my days off I will go visit my parents in Del Rio.
